Two new recipes from the May 2019 Bon Appetít: Cabbage Tabbouleh and Tomato Salad with Pine Nuts and Pomegranate Molasses. These are both really good. The Tabbouleh gets a 4, and the Tomato Salad a 5.

Sheet Pan Maple Mustard Pork Chops and Carrots from the April 2019 Eating Well. Served with Warm Spiced Okra. This is good-we especially liked the pork, and thought the carrots could use a larger proportion of spices. We give the pork a 4, and the carrots get a 3.
