Lentil Kielbassoulet from the March 2020 Bon Appetít. The title is a bit kitschy, but the flavors come together beautifully. It seems more veggie loaded than a traditional cassoulet, so it is a bit lighter but still deeply satisfying. We give this a 4! Perfect winter meal

Braised Sausage and Fennel with Toasted Spices from the March 2020 Food and Wine. We give this a 4. The Italian sausage is the primary flavor. What moves this from a 3 to a 4 is the spices—the fennel, pink peppercorns and lemon really push this up.
