New recipe, July 9, 2023

Vegetable Farro Stew with Figs and Pine Nuts from Food and Wine. This has a really fun set of ingredients, but we found that many of the pieces were really too big, and even with the full time in the slow cooker they just didn't cook fully, especially the fennel and artichoke. We also found it odd to have to fish out artichoke leaves since you can never eat the whole things no matter how long they cook. We give this a 3.
