Cumin and Cashew Yogurt Rice from NYT Cooking. This is apparently a favored comfort food in parts of India. The yogurt and rice have the consistency of rice pudding, but it is savory with some tartness from the yogurt and some saltiness. And it has bursts of flavor from the spices and cashews sautéed in ghee. Very simple to make and very satisfying. This gets a 5!
