Pan Seared Ranch Chicken from NYT Cooking. We served it with a salad with a bit of the homemade ranch. I tend to avoid ranch dressing, but this one is good, and is great with the chicken. We give this a 4.

Pan Seared Radicchio with Soft Cheese from the February 9, 2022 Denver Post, and Carrot Tart with Ricotta and Feta from NYT Cooking. The radicchio looks messy but was very nice. It gets a 4. The tart was great, it gets a 5.
