Watermelon Salad with Grilled Shrimp from Food and Wine. This is one of a series of recipes by Grant Achatz. It was supposed to have both red and yellow watermelon, but we haven't had any yellow watermelons in Denver yet. The flavors are really good together, we loved it. It gets a 5.

Street Corn Pudding from NYT Cooking. This does capture the flavor of elote, Mexican Street Corn, but it is really sweet. We would not add the sugar, and would consider substituting cornmeal for part of the cornbread mix. It gets a 3.

Missed taking a photo of Jerk Chicken Meatballs with BBW Pineapple Glaze from NYT Cooking. We enjoyed these flavors a lot, it gets a 4.
