Eggplant Pear Pecorino Salad from the September 2012 Food and Wine. This is phenomenal--we give it a 5. Served with the Roasted Bell Pepper Salad from the Tapas Cookbook, and a Bacon Mushroom Swiss sausage from Costco (no excuse for the latter, but since I bought them I decided we should eat them).
