We hosted Carl's executive team for dinner, with three dishes from Rick Bayless' Fiesta at Rick's: Sun Dried Tomato Guacamole with Crunchy Vegetables; Classic White Posole; and Frontera Grill's Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars.
We enjoyed this meal--we give the guacamole and the Posole a 4. The pecan bars get a 5!
We modified the pecan bars to make them gluten free--we left out the small amount of flour, and we used gluten free pretzels. Yum!
