Smoked Ditch Chicken from Traeger.com--a pheasant recipe--and Wilted Chard with Shallots and Vinegar from the January 2016 Bon Appetít, and made with fresh Swiss chard from our garden.
We are still trying to learn how to keep pheasant moist when it is cooked. We like the flavors, but the pheasant was rather dry, it gets a 4. The chard is nice, it gets a 4.
