Aromatic Sous Vide Lamb Meatballs With 3 Yogurt Sauces from recipes.anovaculinary.com; Tomatoes with Sumac Shallots and Pine Nuts from Ottolenghi Simple; and Olive Oil Tea Cake from the May 2019 Eating Well. A mixed bag. The meatballs were dry even being cooked and Sous vide and under seasoned and get a 3. The tomato salad is excellent and gets a 5. The Tea Cake gets a 4.
