Grilled Skirt Steak with Corn Tomato Relish rom the July/August 2019 Eating Well. We have had many variations on this Relish—the addition of rice wine vinegar and A little Serrano takes this on up up notch! We give it a 5.

Pork Tenderloin with Watermelon Panzanella from the July/August 2019 Eating Well. Fun dish! The watermelon Panzanella is wonderful. We would oil the bread before grilling to help get the crispness without burning the bread. The pork was good, but it needs a bit more salt in the rub. We give this a 5, because the Panzanella is so good

Cantaloupe and Sugar Snap Peas with Ricotta Salata from the June/July 2019 Bon Appetít. The flavors are very nice, but there is too much ricotta salata—it overwhelms the melon. We would cut the ricotta back by half. As made, we give it a 3.

Rose Water Candied Peanuts from Epicurious. This has flavors similar to peanut brittle. I loved the smell of the Rose water when it is mixed in at the end, but it did not persist noticeably in the flavor. Overall this gets a 3.
