Pork Tenderloin with Watermelon Panzanella from the July/August 2019 Eating Well. Fun dish! The watermelon Panzanella is wonderful. We would oil the bread before grilling to help get the crispness without burning the bread. The pork was good, but it needs a bit more salt in the rub. We give this a 5, because the Panzanella is so good
