This is a riff on Summer Squash Vegetable Pizza from https://www.loveandlemons.com/summer-squash-vegetable-pizza/.

We used squash and squash blossoms from the garden, manchego instead of mozzarella, and a tomatillo salsa from last year's garden. And it was amazing! This gets a 5!
