The European Union Cocktail from the Cocktail Codex. Interesting, and introduced us to Liquore Strega. Strega has a strong flavor, reminiscent of Yellow Chartreuse. Overall, we give this a 3.

Chipotle Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Grapes. In a nod to what we had in the fridge and the garden, we used orange marmalade instead of grape jelly and concords from the garden instead of red grapes. The concords fell apart faster than red grapes might have, and we did have to deal with the seeds. But this was delicious! You might think it would be too sweet, but salt and chipotle gave it a nice balance. This gets a 4.

This is an impromptu Frittata with dry salami, onion, garlic and cheddar, with salsa Fresca on top. Simple and satisfying, it gets a 4.
