New recipe, September 23, 2019
Chipotle Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Grapes. In a nod to what we had in the fridge and the garden, we used orange marmalade instead of grape jelly and concords from the garden instead of red grapes. The concords fell apart faster than red grapes might have, and we did have to deal with the seeds. But this was delicious! You might think it would be too sweet, but salt and chipotle gave it a nice balance. This gets a 4.
