New recipe, August 24, 2024

One Pot Chicken Meatballs with Greens from NYT Cooking. The recipe suggests that this should be somewhat juicy, but it came out dry. The flavors are nice. Wondering if there is some fluid that should be added that was left out of the recipe. I would consider adding 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water or chicken broth. Because of this dryness it gets a 3. It would be a 4 with a bit more juiciness.
