Tuna Steaks with Mustard Dressing and Mashed Taro from the September 2014 Food and Wine. Served with Crushed Cucumbers with Lime Pickle and Coconut from the September 2014 Bon Appétit. Both were delightful with unusual flavors--they get 5s.
