This evening Carl made Cucumber Gazpacho with Watermelon and Shrimp from Epicurious.com. This is a really nice combination of flavors--the base is cucumber and yogurt, with chives, scallions, garlic and hot sauce, and sauteed shrimp and watermelon added in. It is a really fun combination of flavors!No wine tonight, since we were driving to the mountains after dinner.
