Dinner on 1/23/2011 came from Epicurious.com: Lamb Köftes with Yogurt Sauce and Muhammara, a wonderful lamb meatball with yogurt and a syrian red pepper sauce. I served it with a Salad of Mixed Greens with a Vinaigrette of Pomegranate Vinegar, with Dukkah sprinkled on top.
The wine was a 1996 Marques De Arienzo Gran Reserva Rioja, which was perfect with this dish.
