New recipe, October 22, 2011

Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Baby Carrots from Epicurious, with a salad of the last heirloom tomatoes from our garden. Make this dish--it was wonderful!
Wine: Bionzo Barbera d'Asti Superiore 2006--excellent match!!
