Dinner this evening was back in an Indian theme. The recipes are both new, from Best Ever Indian Cookbook, by Mridula Baljekar, Rafi Fernandez, Shehzad Husain, and Manisha KananiWe had Potatoes and Spicy Cottage Cheese, and a Mango, Tomato, and Red Onion Salad. Both were very nice. Sorry, I can't find links for these recipes.
The wine was a 2008 Bodegas Goulart Torrontés. It is a fruity, grapefruity wine--I thought the fruit might work well with this. I am not sure it was perfect, but it was not bad.
