This evening Carl made a fabulous dish, Cuban Style Mojo Grilled Chicken with Greens Avocado and Mango, from Epicurious.com. Yum! As our guest, Sue Birch, said, "this may be the best salad I ever had." It was fantastic with the Villa Wolf Guwürztraminer 2009.
