Barley and Butternut Risotto, from the October 2014 Cooking Light. This is tasty. The sage is a nice touch--we give it a 3.

Served with a spinach and pomegranate salad.

Wine: Francis Coppola Emerald Label Pinot Grigio 2010--an ok match
