Two from the January/February 2015 Cooking Light: Pork and Mango Tacos, and Salad with Honey Chile Dressing.
The tacos are good, not outstanding, so they get a 3. The dressing on the salad is nice--it gets a 4.
Wine: Puerta Bonita G5 Garnacha 2008--should be past prime, but still nice!
