This used the last of our amazing green zebra tomatoes, along with basil from the garden. Simple, but perfect ingredients. This gets a 5.

Chickpea and Eggplant Curry with Mint Chutney from bonappetit.com. The mint and lime give this a set a unexpected and delicious flavors. We give it a 5.

Vegetarian Mushroom Meatloaf--very good, but cut the salt by 1/3. We give it a 4.
And Shaved Root Vegetable Salad, which was very tasty and gets a 5.

Coconut Beef Curry from the September 2016 Bon Appetít. We substituted 1 tablespoon of Ghost Pepper Curry for one of the tablespoons of Madras Curry, which amped it up a bit. Very tasty, we give this a 4.
