Lamb and Spinach One Pot Pasta from the March/April 2017 Eating Well. The one pot technique is not so successful with a fatty protein, as all the fat stays in the pot. The flavors are ok, but this is greasy. It gets a 3--I would cook the ground meat first, and then add it to the pot
