New recipe, March 8, 2017
Little Gem Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese and Herb Dressing from the March/April 2017 Eating Well. You will notice we used romaine, and it is delicious! We give this a 5.
Served with roasted baby potatoes and Steak Au Poivre from Evan Goldstein's Perfect Pairings, which still gets a 5.
