Arugula Salad with Pomegranate and Toasted Pecans from Epicurious. We had it with Adobo Rubbed Sirloin. The rub came from the fabulous recipe for African Adobo Rubbed Tuna Steaks from Epicurious--the rub is just as excellent with beef! Fabulous meal!
