New recipes, November 27, 2011

From Epicurious: Rice and Chicken Pilaf with Dried Currants and Toasted Almonds, and Cucumber and Pomegranate Salad. Both are quite tasty!
Wine: Lan Rioja Crianza 2006. Very nice match with these dishes!
