This is a total 5!! From Rick Bayless' Mexican Kitchen: Smoky Braised Mexican Pumpkin with Seared White Onion. The flavors are excellent! Make this! It was great for dinner, even more amazin for lunch the next day.

No wine, as we headed to Opera Colorado's excellent Don Giovanni
