Celery Salad with Dates Almonds and Parmesan from the September 2013 Bon Appetít. Yum! We give this a 5. It has a wonderful array and balance of flavors.
Served with Seared Sashimi Tuna with Sesame and a Ponzu Mirin Sauce.
