Cantaloupe Gazpacho from the July 2013 Bon Appétit, and Mexico City Shrimp with Chipotle Mojo from September 2013 Food and Wine. These were both fabulous! We used a Rocky Ford Cantaloupe (heaven on earth) in the gazpacho. The shrimp is from Rick Bayless. These both get 5s! Score!
