This is from the August 2014 Bon Appétit: Vietnamese Pork Chops with Pickled Watermelon. Really delicious--we give it a 4. A bit more Sriracha in the marinade would be nice.
Wine: Small Gully The Formula 2006 Robert's Shiraz--not the best match, but a good wine. Wondering if we should have gone with something like a Riesling
