Today's recipe is a cocktail, as we enjoyed dinner with Kristin and Mark Lodmill. The cocktail was Marfa Light, from Cowboy Cocktails by Grady Spears and Brigit L Burns. It's nice, not spectacular-we give it a 3.

An unexpected set of flavors for tequila--pretty good! We give it a 4.
