New recipes, January 23, 2015

We made an Indian dinner for Carl's Executive Team this evening. We started with Papadum accompanied by a Sweet Tomato Chutney, a Hyderabadi Tomato Chutney, and a spicy Papaya Salsa.  Here are the new recipes:
Bombay Style chicken with red split lentils from Madhur Jaffrey's Indian Cooking. Gets a 5.

The rest come from Madhur Jaffrey's World of the East Vegetarian Cooking.
Saag Paneer. Good flavors, needed more salt--gets a 3

Sweet and Sour Okra with Chickpeas--these flavors are great! Another 5!

Dessert was diced mango with mint and blueberries
