Happy tax day! Today's new recipe is Halibut and Shrimp with Minted Broth, from the May 2013 Cooking Light. Please ignore the instruction to cook the shrimp and fish together--wait 5 minutes to add the shrimp! That said, this is still spectacular, and it gets a 5!

Hi Christy--we bought the fish (we used fresh cod) at King Soopers, and it was just perfect. We often buy fresh fish at Whole Foods. The shrimp was frozen, from Costco. We also really like Har Mart (Yale and Havana) for seafood, especially sushi grade fish.
