Sweet Pea Soup with Yogurt and Pine Nuts from the May 2015 Cooking Light. This is really tasty--we enjoyed it a lot and it gets a 5! Served with a reprise of the Caribbean Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Grilled Pineapple Salsa.
