Grilled Lamb Chops with Chili Mint Sauce (page 72) from the Traeger Everyday Cookbook. We give this a 3, but to be fair, we skipped the Chili Mint Glaze, which sounded too sweet. Served with the Peach and Radish Salad with French Feta and Almonds from the August 2013 Eating Well--still a 5!

We joined Rich Lamm, Tim Charney and friends in the mountains, so our contribution is the Teocalli Caldera Martini, from the Montanya Rum website. This is delicious, we give it a 5! Keep in mind this takes some time--you need to infuse the rum with cucumbers, and you need to infuse a lavender honey simple syrup. So it mixes quickly, but it takes 4-5 days to get the ingredients ready. Worth it!
