Crabless Cakes from the August 2013 Food and Wine, served with a green salad. Great flavors, we give it a 4! Two things to improve it--would add more bread crumbs as needed to get it to hold together better, and would consider substituting some nonfat Greek yogurt for some of the mayonnaise to reduce the oil.
