New recipe, July 8, 2013

Sambal Chicken Skewers, from the July 2013 Bon Appétit. Yes, this is spicy! People often ask us if a recipe is spicy, and if it isn't something we think of as spicy, we have to say we don't know, since heat tolerance can vary so much from person to person. Even for us, this is spicy (which isn't a bad thing), so if you don't like spicy food, don't make this. We loved this -it gets a 4!  Served with Roasted Baby Squash with Feta and Thyme from Kalyn's Kitchen. Still gets a 5!
