Miso Pickled Eggs from the September 2014 Food and Wine, and White Bean Ragout from the May 2012 Bon Appétit.

We give the eggs a 4, and the ragout a 3--we used low salt beans, and it needs more salt but also more herbs--oregano or marjoram and thyme would make it better.
