Here is Dwight, enjoying our new recipe for the day--Warm Arugula Bread Salad, from EatingWell.com, served with a sweet turkey Italian Sausage. Simple, and very flavorful!Carl is en route to to London. I am hoping his trans-Atlantic meal surpasses this one (but I doubt it!).
The wine is a nice little Nebbiolo--the 2006 Matteo Correggio Roero. Really nice with these foods!
