March 28, 2011 new recipe

Tonight, Carl made Sauteed Chicken over Wilted Spinach with Kumquat Sauce from Epicurious.com. I was surprise at how well this worked (I was expecting sweet), but it was great!

The wine was a Crane Lake 2009 Pinot Grigio. It was a very nice match--it was a nice contrast to the sweetness of the dish.
