The new recipe today was Italian Sausage and Wild Mushroom Risotto from Epicurious.com. It was excellent! It takes a long time, but this is the creamiest risotto I have ever made, and the flavors were excellent! We had it with the Pea Salad I made earlier in the week. The wine was a 2008 Terredora DiPaolo Aglianico--a very nice match with the risotto!
