This evening, we had Paneer Curry with Peas, from Epicurious .com, and a Bell Pepper Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Caraway Seeds that I made up. Our friend Bill Kunze joined us, here on a business trip from the Philadelphia area. Wine: Villa Wolf Gewürztraminer 2009. A very nice match to the moderate spiciness of the curry.
