Three from Ottolenghi Simple, all delicious and all get a 5: Zucchini Thyme and Walnut Salad; Burrata with Grilled Grapes and Basil; and Hit Charred Cherry Tomatoes with Cold Yogurt. Served with grilled pork tenderloin.
Dessert (thank you Lisa!) is Beet Ginger and Sour Cream Cake. Seems like a marriage or carrot cake and fruitcake. Tasty! This gets a 4.
