The Jersey Lightning from Epicurious. Apple brandy, Cocchi de Torino, and some Angostura. We like the flavors but it is a bit sweet for us. We might try this again with a different vermouth. We give this a 3.

Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin from Epicurious. It is a pretty straightforward marinade and sauce, raised up by the addition of thyme. This is pretty easy and delicious. It gets a 5.

I forgot to get a photo! The recipe is Whole Roasted Squash with Tomato Ginger Chickpeas from NYT Cooking. Takes about 2 1/2 hours, but most of that is in the oven. The flavors go together very nicely. This gets a 4.

Oven Risotto with Crispy Roasted Mushrooms from Epicurious. A good part of the rice cooking time is in the oven. It does not quite have the unctuous creaminess of an excellent restaurant risotto, but it is pretty close and has great flavors. It gets a 4.

Whole Roastec Jerk Cauliflower from NYT Cooking. Takes awhile, but most of that is in the oven. It is fairly simple to prepare. The jerk flavors blends nicely into the natural sweetness of the cauliflower. It is pretty spicy half a habanero and a fresno pepper, but really tasty. We give this a 5.
