In honor of Juneteenth we made Charleston Red Rice from NYT Cooking. It is new to us, but clearly is a comforting dish. We like the flavors, and give it a 3. We think it would benefit from 50-100% more Cajun spice, another 50% of hot sauce, and more bacon
