New recipe, June 16, 2013

Happy Father's Day, Dad! We had Mark's parents over for dinner today. The new recipe is Fettuccine with Pistachio Mint Pesto and Tomatoes from the July 2013 Cooking Light--a wonderful combination of flavors, we give this a 4! Served with a reprise of the Raspberry and Blue Cheese Salad from the same issue--still a 4. And grilled tenderloin steaks that were wonderful!

Wines: Italo Pietrantonj Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo Rose 2012 with charcuterie to start, and Amethyst Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 with the main dinner
