New recipe, April 3, 2017




Pea and Prosciutto Salad from the April 2017 Bon Appetít. We give this a 3. I think it would do better with a bit more dressing. Also would use lots of the shaved horseradish. The fresh really is much mellower than the jarred stuff, and adds a great layer of flavor.
